Association Legal Profile

The Park Grove Estates Homeowners Association, an Arizona corporation is a non-profit corporation, incorporated April 3, 1984 in Gilbert, Maricopa County, Arizona USA.  The association is governed by a Board of Directors as specified in the Association's bylaws certified on April 27, 1984 pursuant to a First Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) placed of record in the Office of the Maricopa Country Recorder under Instrument No. 84-245806.  Throughout this site, the Corporation will be referred to as PGE HOA or simply, the Association.

Association and Property Management

The association is run by volunteer residents who comprise the Board of Directors, Officers and other ad-hoc task forces and committees.   Property management services are provided by Kinney Management Services.  Principal contact information for the Association is:
