| | There are several helpful groups of neighbors that guide the
Association in a variety of ways. Each group is described briefly
below. Click on the group name or the corresponding button on the left to
learn more. In addition, you'll find a helpful page of links to local
government and related service providers.
- Board of Directors
- Your Board of Directors are responsible for managing and
controlling the business and affairs of the association.
Directors are elected at the annual meeting of the Association's
members. The Board welcomes all neighbors to participate in the
Board meetings as announced by mailing from Kinney Management Services
and on the News and Events page.
Block Representatives
- Block representatives (one assigned to each street in the
neighborhood) constitute an ad-hoc subcommittee of the Board of
Directors. These volunteers assist in coordinating neighborhood
activities and in other communication efforts throughout the
neighborhood as needed.
Deed Restrictions Review Committee (DRRC)
- The Deed Restrictions Review Committee (DRRC) assists neighbors in ensuring
that planned exterior additions or modifications to their homes are
compatible with the appeal of the Park Grove Estates environment as
well as with the Association's Declaration of Codes, Covenants and
Restrictions (CC&Rs).
- Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee focuses on the design and maintenance of the
neighborhood common areas. Please submit any questions or concerns to:
