Deed Restrictions Review Committee
Per Article V (Use Restrictions) of the Association's Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), residents desiring to add,
augment or or make architectural modifications to existing structures must first
obtain approval from the Association's Deed Restriction
Review Committee. Please click here
for the Association's Architectural Design Review Guide including approval form
and instructions.Specifically, Article 5.03 of the
CC&Rs cites that "No building
permit shall be deemed valid unless before issuance thereof constructions plans
are on file with the Town of Gilbert that have been approved by the Deed
Restriction Review Committee."

modification to an existing structure on your property.

also apply to work pertaining to landscaping and grounds. A DRRC member
will happily review any questions or concerns you may have before you finalize
your design and plans. The DRRC also conducts regular walk-around
